The room was beautiful with lovely decor. The location provided easy access between attractions. The sound of the river was amazing, and there was good parking. I found the staff very nice. They ensured a smooth experience.

spacious room hotel decor beautiful aquarium attentive staff
the four-bed room was spacious. it worked well for my teenage boys. the hotel decor looked fantastic. i especially admired the aquarium with fish in reception.
the room was smaller than expected for the price.

friendly check-in clean room free parking
Check-in was friendly and efficient. I appreciated the free parking. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a recently refurbished bathroom. The tea, coffee, and chocolate in the room were a welcome addition. I found a chocolate mint, lovely!
The wardrobe was small and contained extra bedding. This left little room to hang clothes.

the location allows easy access to town restaurants and bars. i appreciated the helpful staff and nice bar area. our room had pleasant features and was spacious. the cooked breakfast provided was fabulous.

limited breakfast overpriced continental breakfast
the breakfast situation annoyed me. they only had cooked breakfast available on weekends, a letdown. the continental option was quite limited and definitely overpriced. some fresh fruit salad would have been welcome.

convenient parking excellent shower ideal location
The location was ideal for visiting the area. Parking was free and convenient. I found a space easily. My room had a great bathroom with an excellent shower.
The absence of staff at certain times was slightly inconvenient.
